Cancellation & Change Policy Terms & Conditions
- Travelers who cancel a trip less than 31 days before departure will receive a credit in the form of a Delta Vacations travel certificate (voucher) for the residual package cost if canceled, less any applicable cancellation fees. Travelers who cancel a trip 31 or more days before departure will receive:
- (i) A credit in the form of a Delta Vacations travel certificate (voucher) equal to the required deposit amount paid by the traveler minus any cancellation fees, and
- (ii) For any amounts actually paid by the traveler in excess of the required deposit amount, a refund to the original form of payment of the excess payment above the required deposit.
- In each case, credit for nonrefundable components will not be issued, and other non-air fees may still apply.
- The travel certificate (voucher) will be sent to the agency email on the booking and can be used toward their next trip with Delta Vacations. All travel certificates (vouchers) will have an expiration date one year from the date of issuance of the travel certificate (voucher).
Airfare
- Change fees have been eliminated permanently for Delta tickets purchased for travel from the U.S. and Canada to all destinations worldwide, excluding Basic Economy fares. For tickets issued by air carriers other than Delta, change fees will vary based on airfare rules.
*Hotel
A $50 nonrefundable deposit will be charged per person per land-only booking, and will be forfeited in the event of a booking cancellation. Modifications to a booking will not result in an additional deposit.
- Some hotel rates may not be nonrefundable. You acknowledge that the booking may be by Travelscape, LLC.
- Four or more days prior to departure
- Unless otherwise indicated when booking the hotel, customers may change to a different hotel or change rooms within the same hotel, subject to availability, and the change fee will be waived if the change results in additional hotel revenue being collected.
- If the change does NOT result in a change in hotel price, the fee above will apply.
- Nonrefundable (NR) hotel fees cannot be waived, even when the change results in an increase in the hotel price.
- Up to three days prior to departure
- Customers may change room categories within the same hotel, subject to availability, and the change fee will be waived if the change resultsan increase in the hotel price.
- Customers may choose to change to a different hotel, subject to availability. However, the hotel portion is nonrefundable, and customer is responsible for applicable rates for the new hotel.
- Examples of “other nonrefundable items” are train tickets, event or show tickets, theme park passes, etc.

Rules and Restrictions
- Additional fees (departure taxes, fuel, surcharges, etc.) may be charged due to changes in regulations and policies.
- By purchasing, you agree to receive emails related to your trip with Delta Vacations.
Booking Policies
Reservation Considerations:
The following types of vacation packages are not currently available via this website due to their complexity or special requirements:
- Reservations that include stays in more than one city.
- Hawaii reservations that include stays on more than one island.
- Children under the age of two traveling within the 50 U.S. with a parent or with an adult 18 years of age and older can travel on the adult’s lap free of charge and can be added to your reservation by contacting us at 1-800-727-1111 once you complete your booking online. If there are two or more children under the age of two traveling with the same adult, only one of the children may travel as a lap child. Any additional children are required to purchase a seat. Children under the age of two traveling internationally without a seat (a lap child) are required to purchase a ticket at 10% of the adult base fare, plus applicable taxes and fees. Regardless of your destination, when making your reservation, you should indicate you are traveling with an infant.
- Upgrades to first class.
- Reservations that require handicap or other special needs requests.
- A reservation with more than four rooms/suites/villas, or with more than 9 people, including no more than four children.
- Reservations that include an escorted tour.
Note: Delta Vacations does not accept bookings from unaccompanied minors under the age of 15.
